Getting to Tiébélé from Ouagadougou

Private Car
Take the road to Ghana south from Ouagadougou until you arrive in Pô. (147 km, about 2 hours) Once in Pô, turn left at the sign for Tiebele (after the gendamarie) and continue 31 km.

Public transportation
Colombe du Faso (70.24.71.29) has a Ouagadougou to Tiebele direct service that leaves at 08:00 from Ouagainter bus station three times per week on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday. The same bus leaves Tiebele at 12:30 to return to Ouagadougou.

There are two companies that provide buses from Ouagadougou to Pô: Rakieta (50.30.62.84) and STMB (50.40.31.10).
Both leave Ouagadougou six times daily. 07:15, 10:00, 12:30, 14:00, 16:00, 17:30. Please call ahead to verify times.

From Pô there is a bush taxi to Tiebele that leaves daily around 10:00. The same bush taxi returns to Pô in the afternoon.

Private taxis area available from Pô, but can be expensive. Be sure to negotiate your price with the driver.
